On Thursday 28th July 2011 Amazing Bike Tours Thailand were joined by a group of French students and their teachers for our half day bike tour in Phuket.

Phuket Countryside bike tour 25th July 2011

Caroline and Nupur from Australia joined Amazing Bike Tours Thailand on Monday 25th July for our half day bike tour in Phuket Island.

Biking on and off road, through rubber tree and pineapple plantations. A visit to Phuket’s Gibbon project and then back on the bikes for the ride to the scenic Por Bay.

Thai Muang Turtles and Waterfalls bike tour on 23rd July 2011

Thai Muang Turtles and Waterfalls bike tour on 20th July 2011

Joining us for the Thai Muang Turtles and Waterfalls one day bike tour on Wednesday 20th July 2011 were a group of riders from Denmark. Making up the group were Grete, Christine, Patrick, Ann-Sofie, Kennet, Alexander and Lea.

This bike tour starts at the north of Phuket Island, crosses Sarasin Bridge which connects Phuket to Phang Nga provence. Then we cycle along the coastline, through rubber and pineapple plantations and quiet country roads with little traffic.

 

After lunch in a beachside resturant we visit the Sea Turtle conservation center and then another 15km of biking brings us to Ton Pra waterfall.

Koh Yao Noi bike tour on 19th July 2011

Alex, Laura, Vicki, Ian, Sigourney and Ashleigh all from Australia, David, Janice, Phyllis and Graeme from New Zealand joined Amazing Bike Tours Thailand on Tuesday 19th July 2011 for a one day bike tour of Koh Yao Noi (Long Small Island). Located only 1 hour by boat from Phuket but feels like a different world. Cycling past Mosques, fishing villages, ocean views and rice paddies, plus very little traffic makes it a great destination for biking.

Phuket Countryside bike tour on 16th July 2011

Donald, Keshia, Joshua, Lucian, Daniel from USA and Neledi from South Africa all joined Amazing Bike Tours Thailand on Saturday 16th July 2011 for our half day bike tour. This being our shortest ride is a great option for families with younger children. The ride is 20km in distance, but the support vehicle is never too far away is anyones legs need a rest.

The visit to the Gibbon project is always enjoyed by guests of all ages, after the gibbons and a short jungle walk to a local waterfall it is back on the bikes for the short ride to the scenic Por Bay.

Turtles and Waterfalls bike tour on 15th July 2011

Rob, Belinda, Adam and the girls from the Velk family of Australia joined Amazing Bike Tours Thailand on Friday 15th July 2011 for our Thai Muang Turtles and Waterfalls bike tour.
