Booking Process
To book an excursion offered by Amazing Bike Tours Co., Ltd you need to complete our online booking form.
If you are a group one person can complete booking form online for all members of that group, when that person ticks the box to indicate they have read the booking conditions, they are agreeing that all members of the group have been made aware of booking conditions and agree to abide by them.
If you would prefer we can email you the booking form, all members of your group can complete the form individually, then all forms can be sent back together at one time via email or post.
Travel Insurance
All participants on Amazing Bike Tours trips must have travel insurance that cover medical expenses, medical repatriation, personal liability and injury insurance. We recommend that you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip.
Your insurance must also provide Trip Cancellation coverage.
If you join the tour without adequate insurance you may be disallowed from continuing on the tour without the right of refund. Clients are solely responsible for arranging their own insurance and they should ensure that they are covered for the full duration of their tour. Your tour leader will ask for copies of your insurance before allowing you to join the tour. This protects both you and us.
Medical conditions
Due to the physical nature of our trips, it is extremely important to Amazing Bike Tours and to you, the traveler, that you are of good physical hetitleh and therefore able to participate in the group cycling travel experience fully. Upon arrival at the start point destination, each traveler will be required to provide details of any pre-existing medical conditions. Disclosure of this information to the leader is for your benefit and it is necessary to ensure Bike Asia can act effectively in the case of an emergency.
Cancellation Policy
Trip Cancelled by Amazing Bike Tours: On the rare occasion that this happens for any reason what so ever, all payments from any individual or group who booked to join our tour will be refunded in full.
If you decide to cancel the refund is calculated using the following rules:
Cancel 45 days or more before start of tour: Full refund minus bank charges, exchange fluctuations and 1000 Baht administration fee.
Cancel 31-44 days before start of tour: Full refund minus Deposit.
Cancel 30 days or less before start of tour: No Refund.
Exceptions to these rules will not be made for any reason including personal/family emergencies or weather.
Please note:
There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.
Single supplements are part of tour price and are subject to the same cancellation policy.
Amazing Bike Tours reserves the right to make route and hotel changes as necessary.
Amazing Bike Tours does not accept responsibility for any expenses you incur such as flights, hotel bookings etc if we cancel our tour.
Guests who fail to provide signed "Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks" and personal information forms prior to trip departure will not be allowed to join the trip and the cancellation policy applies.
Documentation
You must be in possession of a valid passport and all the visas and permits required for your tour. This includes any medical certificates that are required. The client accepts full responsibility for obtaining any and all such documentation. Every client is encouraged to contact the consulate/embassy for the countries they are traveling in respectively to receive the latest and most current information about their immigration / transit policies.
Amazing Bike Tours does not accept responsibility if your documentation is not in order. Information provided by the company about these matters and other related items is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of the company.
Tour Authority
Upon signing up for a tour you must agree to accept the authority of the tour leader who is the representative of the company. The tour leader should be regarded as the same as a “ship’s captain” or an airline’s “Pilot.”
At all times the authority of your tour leader will be final when concerning matters likely to endanger your own hetitleh or safety or in regard to behavior or ill hetitleh that is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or disturbance to the group and the well-being of the tour. Failure to abide by the authority of the tour leader could result in legal proceedings and the immediate termination of your participation in the tour without recourse.
In such circumstances we reserve the right to terminate all travel arrangements without liability on the part of the company. You must always comply with the local law, customs and drug regulations of the country you are visiting. Failure to do so may lead to you being ordered to leave the tour without recourse to any refund or any legal claim against the company.
Partial Refunds:
No refund will be given for non-utilized services; this includes accommodation, meals, bike use, other tours or sightseeing trips included in our tour program.
Surcharges
Amazing Bike Tour reserves the right to change the prices on our website as and when necessary. However we pledge never to increase the tour price except under exceptional circumstances for those that have previously booked the tour. You have only booked the tour once we have received your deposit payment. Circumstances of this policy include: government action or legislation that directs the company to increase prices, exceptional and unfavorable changes in exchange rates that exceed a 20% fluctuation or currency devaluation. Clients will be notified of any price increase at least 2 weeks before tour departure.
Flights or delays
We will not accept any liability for any delay in your outward or inward flight/s, whether the cancellation or delay is caused by the weather, airline rescheduling, industrial action or mechanical failure. We will give no refunds or compensation for lost time and services from the itinerary.
Complaints
Amazing Bike Tours treat all complaints of any kind very seriously. Should you have a complaint while on tour, you must notify your guide at the earliest opportunity, so that they can do what they can to immediately rectify it. Failure to do so will result in the limiting of a client's ability to claim compensation. If the problem is not brought to our attention we have no opportunity to rectify it. Any complaints should be sent to us in writing, or by email, not more than 28 days after the tour ends.
Complaints related to booking, inquires, billing, sales or operations should be directed to the Managing Director.
